About Live-Stream Classes

How to Participate:

  • Classes are held on Zoom.us.
  • You will receive an email with the link 30 minutes prior to class start time (or at time of registration if less than 30min).
    *Please be sure your email and phone info is up to date.
  • Please keep yourself muted as you join the class, and keep your camera on if possible so teachers can interact during practice.
  • There will be no refunds for online classes.
Each class, regardless of style, will be a conscious physical and meditative journey focused on some aspect of the human experience. Beyond simple themes or repetitive sequencing, Illumina teachers will approach each layer of the journey — from body through to spirit — in a full spectrum approach igniting yogic experiences that dive beyond and through asana into the heart of what it means to be human.
